updating my fall wardrobe

With my recent venture into the dating world again. I peeked into my closet and noticed my wardrobe needed a little updating. What better time to do so, than fall! With falls crisp air blowing and leaves falling all around me. I had fun finding new pieces for my wardrobe.

Here are my updates!

1. J.Crew Hooded Cape / This cape fit so well in the store. My first thought was, who doesn't need a little stylish Super Girl in their life! Plus, I've my stuff is together instantly when I put this cape on. Even if my outfit underneath is lacking. On a day I'm not feeling well, I can throw this cape on over a pair of jeans and an old t-shirt and instantly look and feel better!

2. Madewell Bib Overalls / Overalls! Need I say more. I have been a fan of overalls since I was in high school. In fact, I still have my old overall from back in the day, shhh... don't tell anyone. Seriously, these new overalls have great potential. They pair well with a fun wedge shoe or a heel if you prefer, for a more sophisticated look. They are super comfortable, super stretchy, and super light. For me, lighter is better with my fibromyalgia and pain level being up these days. I am actually thinking about saying goodbye to my heavy old overalls!

3. Dansko Boots /  About a two years ago, I decided not to buy shoes no matter how beautiful they looked, if my feet were not comfortable in them. With my fibromyalgia, it can be really hard to find shoes that fit the bill. These black dansko's wedges are super comfortable, super simple, and look great with everything. My feet are definitely made for walking with theses wedges, a nice skinny jean, or a cute short dress.

4. Rebecca Minkoff Embroidered Guitar Strap / 5. Rebecca Minkoff Saddle Bag / ( I got this bag in Suede, in a deep blue color, but I love this light gray color as well) This purse and I fell in love over the sales table at Nordstrom's. And the fact I could add a wider strap for comfort, avoiding shoulder pain, little heart bubbles started floating out of my head. SOLD!
