My goal for my Christmas Eve outfit was to be warm and comfortable. Given the day would be a long one and a cold one. I can say I achieved my goal nicely this year by wearing and old friend, with a few new additions, and a secret underneath.

Skirt (Similar) The long silverly Liz Claiborne skirt dates back to my college days. I haven't worn it in years! This skirt being a classic piece which is why I never let it go. So on Christmas Eve I dusted this baby off and threw it on. And can I say I had so much fun wearing it all evening. From singing Christmas carols in church, to eating a huge Italian dinner, and to keeping warm in the cold, this baby did not let me down. Psst! Want to know a secret? I wore my long underwear underneath! No one was the wiser and I was toasty warm all night!

This Christmas top from Boden is fun and festive. Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Eve, this top works! Also,  it’s on sale for a great price now, so make sure to grab one!

Black Belt (Similar)   A staple everyone should have in their closet.

Dansko Shoes (Similar Style) To top the outfit off I wore my comfy black dansko wedges.

 Hobo Bag (Similar Style)
